Longhorn Steakhouse is coming to Denton in front of the Buc-ee’s. The 5,780-square-foot restaurant will open in spring 2024 on the southwest corner of Interstate 35E and Buc-ee’s Boulevard.

An update about the development. Sendero Cross Capital LLC, in partnership with WindRidge Real Estate LLC, both headquartered in Dallas, will be developing the 25-acre property on Sidney Baker North into a master-planned mixed-use development.

A partnership between two Dallas-based firms, Sendero Cross Capital and WindRidge Real Estate, will develop Tivy Commons, a 25-acre mixed-use project that will be located about 65 miles northwest of San Antonio in Kerrville.

Sendero Cross Capital, a commercial real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, has recently closed on the purchase of University Executive Offices in the heart of the desirable Cultural District of Fort Worth.
