Geoff Henrion
Geoff grew up in Dallas, Texas where he attended Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. He is a member of Christ the King Church and remains active on the Jesuit Alumni board. A graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a degree in Economics. Geoff started his career in 1988 with United Commercial Realty in Dallas. From there Geoff joined Staubach Retail in 1996 representing retailers and restaurants in their acquisition of real estate across the country. With more than 22 years of experience by 2010, Geoff wanted to create his own brand of service, and founded Ranger Retail Partners to serve retailers and restaurants with their expansion needs across the country. Geoff started Sendero Cross Capital to provide additional real estate services to clients and investors in their evolving real estate universe. Geoff lives in Dallas, Texas with wife Rachel and 3 children, and enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing.

Don McKechnie
Don joined Sendero Cross Capital in the Spring of 2020 drawing on experiences from a career beginning in 1995. Prior to joining Sendero Cross Capital, Don served in leadership positions with CEC Entertainment, Inc. (Chuck E. Cheese’s), Chuy’s OPCO, Inc. (Chuy’s Restaurants), and Tandy, Inc. (Computer City, Incredible Universe and Radio Shack). In that time, he led development teams responsible for the development, design, and construction of more than 300 new projects, ranging from 6,000 sf casual dining restaurants to 25,000 sf family entertainment centers to 100,000 sf Retail Box. Annually he developed and managed capital plans ranging from $25 million to over $100 million. In addition, Don maintained responsibility for transaction structure negotiation. Don is a licensed attorney, lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Melissa and his son, Jackson. He enjoys the outdoors and clay shooting as well as volunteering with Fort Worth Big Brothers Big Sisters.
